LIES LIES LIES

So I called Autopage to upgrade/downgrade my contract. I asked if they could migrate the contract to a data instead of call contract which they couldn't do, which was fine. I then asked for a Tablet instead of a handset as I really didn't need another handset. Received the tablet, great stuff. During my call, and please go to your recordings to verify this, I asked the agent what my monthly premiums would be on this contract. He gave me an amount of R300 something, let's round it up to R400. I thought well that's awesome because I am currently paying R900 for a contract I don't use at all and that's been blocked forever due to theft. Today I received a bill. Invoice amount R981.98??? REALLY. Where the hell must I get that from and why did you lie to me? I don't want your contract and you can take back your tablet. I am NOT going to pay this for another 24 months and as a result buy a Tablet for R23567.52 that I can actually get cash for about R4000.00. I want this corrected immediately!!!
