***** and Cheats

I laid a complaint against Altech on the 01 July for debiting my account with R2400.00 of which I received a general response to say we looking into your complaint!! Finally on 09 July at 12:11 I received a call from Tshepo ***) to say that they had picked up a mistake that was their fault on my account and would be doing a credit back to me within 7 - 10 working days...to date I have received no credit, when I phone altech they tell me that there is no such information on my account and have no idea what I am talking about, phoned back someone put me through to Tshepo who wasn't available and spoke to someone else who said they can't refund money that isn't there??No idea whats his talking about, clearly the one doesn't know what the other one is doing and obviously Tshepo phoned to try and shut me up to keep me hanging on like they doing something when in reality they are actually doing nothing and just lie!! Fabulous ethical company Altech are!! Wont even send you a bill which you entitled to and want to charge R22.50!! I have laid now a formal complaint with ICASA because these people need to be taken to task - just bad business practice!!
