Late/no delivery

I have upgrade on the 2nd of February 2016, I call everyday to ask about my phone, everyday I get the same reply...\I will request the courier company to deliver it tomorrow\" and tomorrow comes and tomorrow goes and no phone. Apparently there are no notes that I have called, forget to ask for reference numbers. Autopage's service is exstremely bad really"
