Lack of service delivery and response

I am beyond frustrated! I have requested a recuring data bundle for 1GB in the beginning of March and for some reason the bundle didn't load for April. Again I then requested for the bundle to be loaded in the beginning of April. I am still waiting for the bundle to be loaded and now my account is racking up usage costs on my contract due to the fact that an android phone uses background data etc. I am sick and tired of calling numerous times but to no avail. Fix this immediately. I am on the brink of cancelling my ****** contract
