Lack of Service,Assistance&Response to complaints

On 18/01/2015 I put a complaint on Hello Peter with regards to Altech Autopage and the lack of service I have received from them. On 19/01/2015 they responded saying they will look into the matter.On 22/01/2015 I received a mail from Marco Adonis saying that he had on numerous attempts tried to contact me with no answer.Now 1. In my complaints to Altech I said that my phone is not working properly.2. I received 2 missed calls from Altech, not numerous.I then rep**** to Marco on 23/01/2015 again saying that my phone is not working properly, provided an alternative number to be contacted on and the times that I will be available.But have not received any calls or any further correspondence from him. Then on 02/02/2015 I sent a mail that was read on 03/02/2015 at 07:14am,but again till now have had no correspondence or assistance from Altech.Which has brought me now to the point where I will be seeking legal advice, as you are quick to lock my phone or request a payment, but you cannot assist with issues. PATHETIC!!!!
