Lack Of Interest

On the 22 november 2015 i purchased a nokia asha 210 cash from this company.on the 23 on november the phone began to be faulty it began to freeze and the battery ran down very quickly.on the 24th of november I took the phone back where the gentleman who sold me the phone did work on it and it began to work. On the 26 of november the the phone stopped working once more at this time i was on my way out of the town. I then bought a new phone as this one was not working. As soon as I arrived back on the bluff i immediately took the phone in which was the 03 of febuary 2015. Since then i have been into the store three times where they always say they will call me and no one does. I was not offered a loan phone i was not offered my cash back or a new phone.I am very upset i feel because i am a pentioner they are taking advantage of me and pushing my problem aside. From the time i have taken the phone in not one person has contacted me and I am tired of going in for the same respose over and over. They never had a problem taking my cash but they are not seeing to my needs as a customer!!!
