Lack of feedback over insurance claim
I am still waiting on feedback over my insurance claim from Bongani. I have been paying insurance o a phone to the value of R5000 for almost two years. Now that I am claiming for a replace I am being offered phones that are valued up to R3500. This is unacceptable. At no point was my insurance amount dropped accordingly. I would like this resolved ASAP.
