Lack of feedback and poor service

All I can say is that their service really sucks shame. I sent through a claim about a month and a half ago and still waiting for feedback, no one has bothered to let me know what's going on. I've been phoning them a number of times to check the status of the claim and no joy instead they keep taking my contact details for somebody to phone me which has never happened. I'm so thick of this, I'm even thinking of cancelling the policy with them because they are so useless, and I sure won't be recommending them to my friends or family. I'm up to date with all my premiums but there's not even one person that can speak to me on what's happening. I am really sick and tired and disappointed. it's actually not the first time I've had a problem with their insurance, really don't know what I was thinking signing up for another policy. I've had it with them!!!
