lack of feedback and delivery

I renewed my data contract and the new package included a 40 inch LCD TV this was mid May and to date I have had very little feedback and no contact from the company as to when I am getting this TV.<br> I have sent e mails to branch and head-office, I have complained on the help line, I have left numerous messages at branch level yet no one can get me this tv .<br> The staff at Melrose branch do not know customer service and there is no management at store lvl they are in serious need of product training and product delivery times, each staff member changes the story on a daily bases<br> The service has been exceptionally bad. No one cares no one give feedback and where the hell is my tv.<br> In todays times I expected better service due to technology etc. I have made it my goal to talk any person out of using altech as a cell phone provider based on bad service.<br> I will now look into cancelling the contract but I bet they will decline due some stupid reason
