Lack of customer Service

I got an sms to say my Data account has been cut as I owe the R9099.22. This was a shock as I have a 2 GB contract @ R130 per month, and I don't even use half that in a month. So I log a call to find out what's up...... I then get an email with a reference number stating it will be addressed blah blah blah.... so I wait. I then call again on the 18th to ask what's happening and told they will equate my call. Then today I get an email saying my query has been closed. ????? how when I have had no feed back as to what happened and if my account is back to normal. So I email the email address on the email I got which they say to use should you wish to contact them...shock horror that email bounces back saying it does not exist. So I decided to call them to find out what's going on, I speck to a lady tell her my whole story and she transfers me to Customer care, that call did not last long as I was CUT OFF!!! The service is flippen discussing. I am in the Hospitality industry and if I treated my Guests like this I would be Fired. This is one contract I defiantly will NOT be renewing
