lack in professionalism and correspondance
Dear Sir<br> <br> I took out a cellphone contract with Autopage during December 2013/January 2014 when I got a call from one of their sales consultants telephonically. I have another contract with Autopage Tygervalley branch and this contract was due for an upgrade but only in the next 3 months and the phone I was using at that time was beginning to give me problems.<br> <br> I got offered a contract as well as a data stick for an amount of R180.00 and the terms to which I agreed was that this contract is a top up 100 contract. I took out this contract and used the phone but put that sim card in my cupboard and never used it as my business phone works off an MTN network and this was a Cell C network which meant that I would have to change my number. During September/October the sim card went missing/got ****** on that Cell C contract and I received a bill of just over R1 000.00 for that contract. I went to my Tygervalley store and blocked the number as I obviously never use that number. The following month I got invoiced over R3 000.00 on that contract. I realized that it was the previous month's billing that reflected on that account but my argument was that the calls should have sto
