Itemized Billing
For the past year I have been requesting from ALTECH not to email my itemised billing but instead to SEND PHYSICAL Itemised Billing for *** / *** to my postal address, namely:- P.O. BOX 28938, Sonlandpark, Vereeniging, 2144. I have just received itemized billing for *** on my email and this is no longer acceptable. I also request that the Service Provider phone my wife on *** and explain to her why they cannot get this right as she does all the accounting on a monthly basis.
