Itemised bill for February 2015

I have send numerous request to autopage to send my fully itemised bill for February 2015. The only reply that I have received was reference numbers (***, 604601, 604752, 605026 to mention a few). Still I haven't receive the full itemised bill for February as requested. Feedback received today from autopage is that the task was closed without the requested itemised bill. Every year I have to struggle to get the February itemised bill from autopage. It is however a service that I pay for every month, therefore I don't understand what the problem is.
