Item returned 2 times broken - unrepaired

My tablet screen broke. Have insurance with Autopage. Took it to Menlyn branch, they booked it incorrectly under the wrong cell number. I received the tablet back in the same broken condition. They re-booked it and received it back yesterday i the same condition, still not fixed. I am paying for a item which i can not use but they charge me every month. I have phone various times, but only a tune and a machine apologizing for the inconvenience. Been holding on but no answer. I am tired of wasting my time and money on BAD service which I am paying for!!!
