ITC

I wanted to get finance for a new motorcycle and the finance company did a itc check on my name. They found that Altech Autopage is showing i still owe them money whereby the account is payed up fully and the account is closed. I verified this by calling Altech today on 19 Oct 2015. I am loosing my deal with the motorcycle now as i must wait 72 hours to get a letter with proof the account is finnished and paid. And i still don't know if they are going to bother to eve try to update my account on itc. I emailed them also but i must wait 7 days to get feedback. This is the worst experiece i have had with them. I try my best to keep my name clear in this difficult times but just because people don't do their work i must wait and wait and wait to get someone to maybe help. Up to this part is the same message used a month ago and the reply from Altech was they send a request to update my itc. Still not done after a full month. And also not even a letter confirming it is fully paid of. Going to my lawyer now and the paper.
