It takes 5 months to do a credit note at Autopage

Autopage reactivated a line that was suppose to be blocked on the 7th of May due to theft! this line ran up a bill that I disputed. Since 07/07/2015 I have had endless problems trying to get the credit note passed. I have to unbar my cell numbers on my account daily. My phone was due for an upgrade in June already. I can't do that because the credit note still hasn't been passed! Now I need to wait another 2 to 48 hours without any phone because it takes Autopage months to do a simple credit note. Retention of current customers needs serious attention. I need this credit note passed now. I need to upgrade. I CANNOT WAIT 48 HOURS!
