IS THIS YOUR WAY OF SAYING GOODBYE

I was shocked to see that you have debited R1600 from my account when i should be paying R271. I have read the statement and it says data charges. There is no way that my data expenses could have reached that amount as i'm very cautious about my spending on your card. I don't even use your sim often enough due to previous experiences of being overcharged. Please rectify this problem before as i know that our contracts are being transferred to Vodacom.
