iPhone Repair - No response after 4 weeks

iPhone6 sent in for repair as the phone is not correctly charging. I've had this issue since the day i've received the handset.<br> <br> Job No R416629. <br> <br> After 4 weeks the only feedback that i have is that the handset has been sent for external repairs.<br> <br> CallCentre agent cannot tell me what the status of the repair is or when i will get the handset back.<br> <br> The turnaround time is horrific. I should have the handset fixed or replaced by now.<br>
