Iphone 6

I upgraged on 13 feb, they said my new package will only be affected in july, but in march they already put me on the new package, still waiting for them to sort this out, no feedback yet. 3 Weeks ago my phone had a image on the screen, screen malfunction, I handed in the phone at head office, Ref AUTO43735 now there is a quote oute, last week monday i sorted it out as the phone is under warranty, and had to be fixed under warranty, yesterday i spoke to lizy at the repair company call centre, she said it will be sorted, someone els also called me to say they will look into the matter, yeasterday afternoon i called again as i haven't heard back yet, the said it has to be fixed under my insurance, but my phone is under warranty, why do i have to pay access if it was not my fault, not sure what the hell is going on. it is hard to speak to a manager as they are always in a meeting and never call back. Everyone i speak to says they will sort it out and get back to me, which never happens, the the next person sais the same thing. I am sick of this bad service.
