Iphone 5s in for repairs since 13 Jan 2015 waiting

I took my phone in for repairs on 13 Jan 2015 Ref R398844 , got the phone back 25th Feb not working at all, booked the phone in 26th Feb at the Store ref R401965 still waiting , phoned the repair centre will not repair because the I cloud was not logout , when booking the phone in we double check at the store that my I cloud account was log out, phoned the store today all that Godfrey can tell me that the phone is in for repairs<br> <br> Paying for a phone and no body can tell me when will I get my phone back?<br> <br> Autopage responsed on the 1st April <br> <br> Hello abied,<br> <br> We would like to thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. <br> <br> Your request is being attended to and we will be in contact with you to provide feedback.<br> <br> We apologise for the inconvenience caused. <br> <br> <br> Still waiting for FEEDBACK<br>
