Ipad delivered without Router

I upgrade in February 2016 with an Ipad mini 16GB through Autopage telesales. The Ipad cannot take a simcard and the salesperson told me a router will be included in the package. On 24/02/2015 the iPAD Mini was delivered through a courier service without the router. Cannot use the Ipad without the router. I contacted the telesales dept numerous times without any feedback whatsoever. Went to Brooklyn mall's Autopage where Shanton assisted me. Phone the telesales and they promise to follow up with me. No response. Went back to Shanton and he sent them an email in which he copy me. No reponse from telesales. I comment on that same email 2 days ago, asking for feedback, no response.
