Intolerable Service and over billed
Numerous calls, being pushed from pillar to post, having to explain my complaint over and over again and STILL NO JOY. When I last upgraded I took a device that was repayable over 24 months. It is now over 24 months and I am STIL BEING BILLED FOR THE PHONE. YOU ARE ABOUT TO LOOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH YOU even if I have been a customer since 1994. Now get someone who knows what they are doing to refund me.
