Insurance ****

I want to start off by saying that the Southgate Autopage is fantastic. They helped me lodge my claim quickly without any worries but the insurance company is truly a *******.<br> <br> I have been a customer for 5 years. Never missed a payment date ever before. Took a Samsung S6 Edge, 64GB memory which was Gold in colour several months ago. <br> <br> The phone was ******. I lodged a claim. Days later, I went to pick up and the phone I received was different. <br> <br> It was white in colour and was only 32GB.<br> <br> When I signed up for the insurance, I was confident that I had full cover and nothing was ever communicated that I could potentially receive a phone which was different and perhaps cheaper than the one I was contracted for, if the insurance ever needed to pay out.<br> <br> I have sent numerous emails to the Southgate branch and they have since gone silent.<br> <br> I am not at all happy with this and want to challenge that the price of the phone and the insurance price be queried and my monthly payment lowered. <br> <br> This is because I cannot be paying for a phone and insurance at a price way above its market value.<br> <br> Utterly disappointed! Wont be taking another phone anytime soon.
