Insurance Repair of iPhone

The screen of my iPhone 5S was damaged and I took it to the Tygervalley branch of Altech Autopage on the 17th of April 2015 so that it can be repaired. (The contract was originally done through their H.O) I have insurance on the phone through Altech Autopage. They said that it will take up to 6 week before I will get the phone back. In the beginning of June i was told that the \find my iphone"was still on and need to be switch off. I phone the Altech Autopage costomer service on 1st of June and was told they can't help my to switch off the \""find my iphone\"" I was refered to Ingram Micro ***) where a lady help me telephonically to switch it off by internet. On the 24th of June I rceived a message that the \""find my iphone was still off. I went on the link they sent me and switch it off and forward a snap shot of it to them. I received a message on the 9th of July that phone is at Tygervally. Nothing was done to it. No communication with me.I was promise seversal time that managers will phone. I am still waiting. Yesterday Mpho promise her Team Manager will phone.Nothing happened. It is now 3 month and I still don't have my phone back. There service is pathetic."""
