Insurance claim taking forever

I claimed from altech autopage insurance department after my 7\ samsung tablet was ****** during a house break.<br> I made a phone call after which the call center referred me to the store who then gave me a long list of things that needed to be done and plenty of paperwork.<br> I completed the paperwork and submitted it in store Brakpan branch.<br> I phoned a week later to find out what the progress was on my claim to which i was advised that they neede a copy of my ID to process the claim. (Spoke with Amanda) . I sent the copy through and even after all this and liasing again regarding when i would receive my new product I was told that it had been dispatched and shoud be in brakpan store within a week.<br> <br> It has now been Two weeks and i still have not received anything not even a phone call to tell me what is the progress.<br> I opted for insurance not to have problems like these as i have to skype to america for business and yet i have no device to do so with.<br> <br> "
