Insurance claim

I was burgled, ****** and traumatized. My cell phone was ******. It was fully insured. After submitting all the documents I was to,do that it would take 48 hours to replace the phone because it needs authorization. Service disappointing considering the circumstances and the fact that I've been a customer for 20 years
