Insurance Claim

I have handed my cellphone in at Altech Autopage [Head Office] on 8 January 2015 for screen repairs, up to date I have received no feedback on when I can expect the phone to return. I phone Altech occasionally whereby the consultants confirm they are not sure about the progress of the insurance claim. It has been a MONTH!!! <br> <br> The turn around time is 4-6 weeks, this is now officially week 5 and still no feedback. The call centre service is horrible and there is no such thing as reliable communication or feedback.<br> <br> When I ask them to phone me back with feedback of the progress of repairs [after holding on for 30minutes+], I get told that they cannot make outgoing calls. <br> <br> I have never in my life experienced such terrible service.<br> <br>
