Insane charges for early upgrade

I have had terrible service from Autopage for the last 6 years and every year that I'm up for a upgrade i try and think that maybe this time it would be different by they cease to amaze . Every time I have to deal with them . <br> I wanted to Upgrade 1 June 2015 on my Daughters birthday so it's part of her gift but instead they explain that a handset fee of about 220 rand each month would be charged extra because of a early upgrade . Upgrading early is a good thing because that means you have a client for the next 2 years guaranteed . <br> This months deal for the Sony Xperia Z3 with Smart Band is why we wanted to upgrade early but I am not willing to pay for a phone I will no longer use . <br> We have been Autopage customers for 16 years and if this is not resolved accurately I will then when the time comes move my contract to another service provider .
