inherent mismanagement and complete uselesness

They just have no idea what they are doing there.<br> Complete and utter disregard for customer service.<br> They are rude, obnoxious and have no intention of helping anybody.<br> Went there with the simple task of getting my phone fixed for water damage ( when it is waterproof )<br> when told it will take 4 to 6 weeks they laughed at me when I asked what I should do without a phone for that period.<br> I couldn't get hold of them in the first place I had to drive there.( find that shocking )<br> My phone was booked in on the 19th of January.<br> Still to today nobody has called me back despite the numerous attempts of getting hold of them.<br> When I do get hold of them they transfer me to someone who can help and cut me off like its a joke.<br> it takes atleast 7 mins to get to the stage of being cut off!!!!!<br> I phoned the company who is supposed to fix my phone they tracked the progress and notified me that Autopage cellular did not provide the correct documents. They also told me that they refer to them as the useless fools who cant get the paper work right<br> It is now the 3rd of February and my phone is only being couriered to the company that is actually going to carry out the repairs. ( replacement )
