Infinity plan cost 5933.22 and no feed back

I did a migrate to a Infinity plan on the 23 Aug 2015 and received a bill for 5933.22 after paying R1240.38 on the 23/08/15. My average billing was 1258.75 on a straight up 200. The new Infinity plan should cost R699.00 for the device and R999.00 for the contract with unlimited calls and sms 10gb of data. My invoice reads <br> Network Device 23 to 31 R203.73 Infinity Cell c R458.15 this is for 8 days = R661.88. Total month on this contract is R1698.00 Next is Monthly charges R701.75 Network Device 1/30 Sept, Infinity Cell c R1579.07 . The Itemise billing shows I pay to phone my service provider R223.69 to (sort out my contract) and on my one handset. I used over 10gigs of data, I requested the itemise billing for that data which they cannot provide. Next is data for R1693.90 on the straight up 200 (Remember that my average billing for March to Aug was R1258.75 I paid R1240.38.
