Incredibly Poor and Rude Service

I have been a customer of Autopage for many years, but their service has deteriorated to such an extent that I am considering closing all my accounts with them. In December I tried to upgrade my phone at Clearwater branch, but was informed on a number of occasions that their system is off-line. One of the consultants took my details and promised to call me, which he did. I provided all my details and he promised to do the upgrade for me and inform me when my phone arrives. I never heard from them again. Then, over two weeks ago, I received a call from Autopage indicating that I have not done my upgrade. The consultant advised that he would do it for me and the phone would be delivered to the Clearwater Branch. I have still not heard a thing. When I contacted them yesterday, I first held on for 15 min, following which I tried another number. This time I was cut off by the Call Centre. I phoned back and was transferred to a lady at the Upgrade Department who was incredibly rude and kept saying that I had done the upgrade at Clearwater. I got agitated with her tone and she put the phone down in my ear. I tried calling back, but no luck.
