INCORRECT INFORMATION

Good day<br> <br> On the 30/12/2015 I had come to the end of my contract and when I had gone in to be advised at the East Rand Mall branch about new deals, Ryan had said that I shouldnt cancel but wait for the 01/01/2016 for the new specials. i had asked ryan if if I would get my package as usual and he advised that I would. this was not the case i did not receive my allocation of data. when i phoned to enquire Ryan said that a lot of clients were experiencing this and should i upgrade they would give me a credit. when i decided to get the Samsung S6 edge Deal 32 GB Ryan informed me that they had stock, when i got there from work they reserved the wrong phone and Ryan updated the system to reflect the 64 GB that was on the 04/01. on the 8th i phoned and spoke to Letisha and confirmed telephonically if she had the 32GB S6 and she said Yes. when i got there she reserved the 64GB yet again! now i am paying for the old phone and the new phone in January and i wont get any Data at all!! this is pathetic ********* and *******!! till date i am still battling with Altech Autopage east rand mall!
