Incorrect cellphone cancelled with NO RESPONSE

Good day,I have been experiencing EXTREMELY POOR service from Altech and wish at this stage to cancel my contract immediately. I have 2 numbers:*** & ***.I renewed my contract with my 071 number in December 2014. I called in on the 5th of March 2015 to request that my second contract ***) not be renewed and changed to prepaid as I was advised that this contract ends on the 23rd of April. (Ref no,A***). When I called in this week on the 28th of April to find out why wasn't this done, I spoke to Amanda (cancellations dep) and she confirmed that the instruction was put on the other number and that there was no reference number for my initial call. There was no record of even the person that took my call in March. Amanda said that I did not need a reference number just her name for the call I had made. I found the ref and called back, and then spoke to Fusi who double then gave me a ref number and said that they will change the 082 number to pre paidpaid and reconnect the 071 number and this will take 2 to 24 hours. This number is still not connected. This is really pathethic service and AFTER MAKING NUMEROUS CALLS U CAN TAKE YOUR PH BACK!! FRUSTRATED
