Incorrect cell number loaded on new contract

Hello, I recently did an upgrade at the store, I took the new hand set and the contract is effective 1 August, The contract was loaded on my wife's number *** instead of mine ***, The store says its is to late to do anything and altech call centre says the same. My wife has a Nokia hand set and I have a blackberry, the data will not work on her phone. All payments will be stopped until this issue is resolve.
