INCORRECT BILLING SINCE 2014
I have notified Altech Autopage since the start of my contract, 17months later I am still being charged for Blackberry BIS. I do not own a Blackberry device, my contract is for a Samsung I9500 Galaxy S4 Black device. Blackberry Bis charges to be credited.<br> <br> January 2014 to current<br> Monthly Blackberry Bis charges<br> R 51.75 (excl VAT)<br> R 58.99 (plus 14% VAT)<br> 17months X 58.99 (plus 14% VAT)= R1002.83<br> <br> I have cancelled my insurance with them 2months ago, but they have charge for this again. I will not pay for this month, as I have given a months notice as requested. R139.47 to be credited.<br> <br> <br>
