INCORRECT BILLING ON INTERNET

I bought internet connection form AUTO PAGE on a contract basis. I was billed for more than R6K - and they are unable to tell me why. I MUST JUST PAY! This happened in November 2014- and only for one month! I am now being sued for this amount. The legal department said that they could not help me as to why the account is so high and were also unable to supply me with any data re visits to sites on internet. I am a 60 year old lady- I am NOT interested in ***ual sites or any of the obscure sites available- in fact - I do jot even know how one connect to them.
