Incorrect billing. No feedback 2 months waiting!

TWO MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING. I DEMAND THAT MY ACCOUNT BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY AND ALL CHARGES BE REMOVED! As a loyal customer for nearly 10 years! I cannot deal with this lack of communication and poor service any longer. I have logged several queries on line, in store and on Hello Peter and still no feedback. My billing history has never reached this ridiculous amount and after requested several bundles on line, your poor system did not process anything and I am held liable for these data charges. I refuse to suffer the consequences of your dysfunctional system and service offering. Please contact me on my prepaid number *** because you hard bard my account to confirm that my account has been closed and I have been removed from your system. I want nothing more to do with Autopage cellular. Please do not send me a system generated reply. I am not interested. I will be taking this matter further if not rectified by the end of this week.
