Incorrect Billing
I agreed to a cellphone contract telephonically for a SAMSUNG A3 24 Month cellphone contract @ R289. My bill arrives and I'm being charged R321. It is just a few rands difference, but this is not what I signed up for. I was told that my monthly bill will be R289 and not R321. I phoned them and was told that the extra is for identi call. I am considering to cancel my contract with Alltech Autopage as I was mislead into a transaction I did not agree to.
