Incorrect billing

I had previously made an arrangement in February which I paid up in advance. Autopage continues to deduct even though I cancelled the arrangements on the basis of settling my debt. I called them in March to have it reversed and I actually never thought they would debit again. what is frustrating is that I cannot get a hold of them on ***so that I can have the money reversed.<br>
