incorrect bill received
Good day, please note that for the past 24months my mobthly bill received was for R14 (I receive monthly statements). This month I get a statement for R200. How is this possible ? I need someone to advise me on what has just happened, R14 - R200 in 1 month? I'm v worried about the matter above
