*********** staff that shout at customers

The Sales Manager at Altech Autopage is rude and ***********.<br> She shouted at a customer and was disrespectful.<br> <br> She called about a contract query. An upgrade was done in November 2014, but still to date no phone or television has been received. Instead deductions were being made for not existent goods.<br> <br> Now she is saying she going to cancel the contract because our tv license is in arrears.<br> <br> When I complained about this she started shouting. My arguement is that someone didnt do their job and she doesnt want to account or be held responsible for this. Instead she wants to shift blame and say that the contract did not go through because of the tv license. But in all honesty. An upgrade was done 8 months ago, to date, a phoe nor tv has been delivered to the client.<br> <br> Point Blank, SOMEONE DID NOT DO THEIR JOB.<br> <br> I don't see why Jane had to shout at me for that. The fault is with her and *********** staff who didnt do their jobs.<br> <br> She even went further to tell me that I can report her with head office. She is not scared and could not be bothered about what I do.<br> <br> She also said she will cancel the contract, which did not have authority to do.<br> <br> I am tired of this *******!
