I have a contract with two sim cards and the one wasn't changed to the packaged I asked for - which lead to my account going over it's limit and ultimately into the debt - for which I took responsibility for. I wanted to settle everything and pay my account as per normal. This woman would not answer my questions and had condescending remarks like - \I Mean Really"she didn't bother to find out what the story is and jumped to her own conclusions about what I wanted. She kept telling me that I could not renew my contract and that's that. When I asked that my previous calls be recalled she had an issue with that. When I asked to be transferred to the billing dept where I made my pay arrangement she refused and insisted that the billing dept doesn't take calls. She said she was going to get the person I initially spoke to call me back - I haven't received a call. I'm appalled at her incompetence and rudeness and she's supposedly from their legal department. Now I have to drive all the way to Midrand to get this resolved this is unacceptable."""
