My two year contract with Autopage expired 15 January 2015, On 07 January I phoned Autopage cancelling my contract as In Uvongo we have poor Vodacom reception. I spoke to Mr Veshan and he said as I have been a loyal customer of Autopage for almost 15 yrs he will switch my contract to MTN allowing me to keep my old cell number and also at a fee of ONLY R70 pm (for 100 min per months) with NO extra charges involved.

The MTN sim card was to be sent via courier to me. No action took place. I again phoned 28 January then talking to Ms Trifina as Mr Veshan was on leave. She promised me that I would have the new sim card within 7 days from my phone call. Again no action.

Again phoned in February, spoke to. Mr Veshan, he assured me that even still on Vodacom I will not be billed as per previously contract but as per R70 pm.

On 3 March Autopage billed me R554.86 again charging me for a handset as per the old contract!! On 12 March I AGAIN phoned Mr Veshan and demanded immediate refunding of this amount as I had cancelled my previous contract. Mr Veshan spoke to Trifina and I was promised I will be refunded & the MTN sim card will be sent. STILL NO ACTION. I WANT MY REFUND & NEW SIM
