i called in to soft lock my ****** phone and to request a new sim card i was advised i should buya new sim card then call back to enable them to do the simswop. i was then contacted for a upgrade and i requested that they send the phone with the sim and they only delivered the phone only i then bought a sim as previously advised and called in and i was told i need to buy the sim from autopage so i logged and oder and recieved a reference no. was told to wait 7 working days for it to be delivered. its been more than two weeks now nad i called back now they telling me they were not sure of the delivery address so they have logged the order again i asked how can they not have my delivery details when they have been delivering my upgrades for a while now. the lady said she logged the order again i should wait 7 to 14 working days other than that she can not help me.
