***********, rude staff and pathetic service.

I Have had an altech autopage contract which was expiring and was hounded by sales personnel contacting me offering me new upgrades , eventually I was offered a 2 gig Data contract for R89p.m ...However to date I have never been charged the R89 pm but rather an exorbitant fee of R149 p.m i have taken this up on numerous occasions but NEVER received feedback. Secondly in my last 2 invoices ( Jan & Feb I have been billed over R1000 ) for data usage .....firstly I do not use my device for anything other than whatsapp.....secondly ...for months I have used a MTN contract offering the same amount of data and never crossed my limit but the second I used this particular SIM my bill has been crazy. I have called head office many x to log a query into my account only to have the call cut off in the middle of explaining my problem (FRUSTRATING) & the STAFF are so *********** . arrogant and unhelpful which has left me no option but to relate my complaint to hellopeter hoping for someone from the head office to pick up the phone and call me!!! I WILL NEVER TRUST AUTO PAGE AGAIN!!! You Never get whats promised and the staff in their employment are nothing but *********** and rude ..
