*********** people and company

This company cannot cancel a contract which was made through misleading me and making a promise to sent me a replacement sim together with a down grade after I initially tried to cancel the contract because the sim was lost and the local store did not have stock of the micro sims. They were going to phone me when their stock arrived and needless to say...... I am still waiting for their call. I phoned the call centre when only a new phone was delivered at which time they confirmed that they did not adhere to the terms as discussed during the voice logged agreement but did not cancel the contract as requester nor collected the device. I eventually returned the phone to the local store and obtained signed acknowledgement from Zaara Atkins on the 17/10/2014. Document held. Today I received a letter of demand?? No debit order was ever presented for the alleged new contract but I now apparently owe around R800. How can this company do marketing through outbound sales calls and then be *********** to cancel an ******* contract? You can phone their call centre and speak to faceless people or go to their stores and still not get satisfactory results. I need this resolved.
