I went to their Autopage branch in Mall@Carnival and requested information on what I need to do to have my contact cancelled so that I can take it over to Vodacom. I was advised that being a Business Contact I need a letterhead with the request and the directors ID copy. The request had to state that I want to cancel my contract and that the number must not be deleted or cancelled but taken over to Pre-Paid. On around the 1st August 2015 I took the necessary documents to them and was advised that the request was logged and that it will take to about a month for the change to happen. Around the 15th September 2015 I phoned Autopage and they advised that the number was now Pre Paid and that I can port to number to Vodacom.<br> On the 19th I went to Vodacom to acquire a new contract and the port in failed. They then phoned Autopage on the Monday who advised I need to contact them and Cell C and ever since I have been sent here and there and my number has been deactivated. This in a long story please contact me.<br>
