*********** Autopage/MTN

Altech Autopage has pulled out of the cellphone industry and transferred our contracts to MTN. Account queries are now routed through to MTN but when I enter my cellphone number on the MTN call centre, it says cellphone number invalid. MTN itself is *********** besides Autopage not ensuring that a smooth transition was made. This is so highly frustrating as I have a huge bill which I need to query but I can't do so because of two *********** companies that I have to deal with.
