*********** and Lying Staff

I visited Altech Autopage Boksburg (East rand mall) last week in order to upgrade my laptop. <br> They advised they needed to get stock in and that would contact me as soon as stock arrived..<br> <br> I didn't recieve any feedback so I decided to call on wednesday and see if stock had arrived, which it had so I asked them to keep it aside, I then went through to the store today to collect the hp250 laptop and complete the upgrade, <br> <br> Lizette was bust at the time so another Indian gentleman attended to us but advised that only one laptop was left but it was for another customer, so we decided to wait and see if lizette had in fact done kept my laptop, she then acted as if nothing was wrong and went to the backroom, it then became apparent that her and her collegues were arguing because she had sold my laptop and was trying to give me the other customers laptop.. she then came and tried to make false claims to policies that prevent me from upgrading, after I flawed all of her false accusations she then tried to Appologies and get stock at another branch, this I completely pathetic service , and I would be lying if i said it was first time!! I have two contracts with altech and I'm very unhappy.
