I paid a settlement amount for my contract on the 30th of march 2015 and requested that my contract be cancelled and converted to prepaid. This still has not been done and there is no communication what so ever. I keep doing follow up myself and no one can tell me what is happening. I paid my settlement amount and I better not have any debit orders going off my account from autopage.
